OVERVIEW

Nexagen Networks Inc. Design-Develop-Deploy-Operate-Maintain (D3OM) methodology supports the entire product lifecycle and all phases of the acquisition process. Our team of seasoned retired/former military, government civilians, and current commercial employees provide 25+ years of experience and expertise in government and commercial Information Technology products and services.

Design/Develop: Defining system and system of system (hardware, software, cyber and logistics) lifecycle architecture, components, interfaces and data to exceed customer requirements. Our team ensures a cohesive, integrated system engineering approach to research, design, integration, manufacturing, test and fielding services across many technology domains, Program offices, staff and external organizations.

Deploy: Integrating products and services such as fielding, training and system transition in an operational environment to ensure customers meet or exceed operational missions. We have extensive experience deploying C4ISR systems worldwide to U.S. and foreign gaining units. Interfacing with gaining units requires an understanding of their mission and the challenges associated with units receiving new systems, integrating the systems into current operations, and training all echelons within the unit to understand the advantages the new/upgraded system provides the unit for mission accomplishment.

Operate: Conduct day to day system, system of systems, logistics and depot operations to exceed customer operational missions. Nexagen independently and/or augments customer staff to operate, provide field service engineering, logistics and depot level support for C4ISR systems worldwide. We adapt to the customers processes and procedures and assist in improving operations through a constant dialogue with operators and leadership.

Maintain: Conduct maintenance, sustainment and refresh for systems, system of systems and software to meet operational mission requirements. Our professionals are adept at system maintenance and researching maintainability and sustainment trends to inform decision makers on recommended improvements to improve Life-Cycle Sustainment and reduce maintenance and sustainment costs..

DESIGN / DEVELOP

Our design process is iterative and strives to seek a balance among cost, schedule, performance, and risk while still meeting our stakeholders’ needs. Design is a trade and synthesis process which allows customers to establish design solutions and architectural designs by translating the outputs of the Requirements and Requirements Analysis processes. Multiple potential solutions are synthesized from system performance requirements, those solutions are evaluated, and the system is then decomposed to the individual system element for implementation

The professionals at Nexagen Networks, Inc. provide test design and development capabilities to our customers. We maintain the highest level of experience and technical acumen to assist in designing and developing systems, testing efforts, and networks. Utilizing recognized engineering processes and established programmatic techniques, Nexagen can assist in the Design and Development of a project, whether independently or in concert with another entity.

In 2015, our company stepped into the arena of Aerospace Engineering. Our contract with the Arnold Engineering Development Complex in Tennessee assists the Air Force’s Space and Missile Combined Test Force with Test Project Management and Engineering and Analysis Services. We support the Air Force in the area of multi-spectral signature measurement and analysis as well as programmatic support for their Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Our efforts include, but are not limited to: developing test and evaluation cost estimates; statements of capabilities; project documentation; project reviews; assisting in developing testing objectives and parameters; test plan review; test result review; developing defensible testing methodologies; and developing System-Under-Tests. These efforts are especially employed in support of ACAT I level programs.

Nexagen assisted the Air Force with Military, Commercial, and NATO lead projects. Our commitment to the customer is reflected in the dedication and flexibility we exhibited in these programs. Our belief is to exhibit a specialized managerial focus to our customers in order to provide them the best results in a complicated aerospace testing business.

SSES NexGen Ground Airborne ISR Software Support delivers design/development support for Post Production Software Support (PPSS) by conducting software acceptance testing. Our team provides IA support for Certification & Accreditation (C&A) efforts, security requirements evaluations for all development efforts, and identification and resolution of issues preventing accreditation. We provide test bed acquisition and development, design improvements, processes and procedures to support increased testing capability for our customer’s test and integration lab. Additionally, Nexagen provides software acquisition support, which includes subsystem integration, monitoring software development, participating in test events, and reviewing/creating software documentation.

DEVELOP

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. DEPLOY

Nexagen’s approach is to establish and maintain a customer relationship early and follow through on agreements reached to transition the customer to a new or upgraded system. This requires early planning and collaboration to coordinate activities including, but not limited to fielding/installation and training schedules; office space, telephone access, network access, shipping and receiving facilities; available and operational equipment and software; classrooms, training areas, training documentation/computer based training/virtual training activities; appropriate security; new software releases, integration of engineering change orders into previously fielded systems, and a commitment for leadership and employees to support the fielding and training activities as scheduled. Daily coordination and periodic status reports/meetings with gaining unit leadership ensures synchronization challenges are mitigated providing an efficient system delivery.

Nexagen supports fielding, training, and field engineering support activities traveling, worldwide participating on fielding teams to perform activities such as verify and document receipt of shipments; inventory and system transition to customers; systems installation/integration, conduct individual and enterprise level training, including network operations; and field engineering services.

Our team has extensive experience deploying C4ISR and IT networks to U.S. and Foreign customers, sometimes in very demanding environments.

OPERATE

Our team has extensive experience operating C4ISR and IT networks, including network operations; cyber; logistics and depot support for customers, sometimes in high visibility, and demanding environments.

We assess the environment and customer mission requirements to perform the operations. We develop or augment customer operating processes and procedures as required to meet mission requirements. Our experienced personnel will independently operate the C4ISR or IT systems, logistics and/or depot operations; or we will augment and integrate into existing staff to support current operations. Either scenario requires an open dialogue with the customer to understand the operating parameters and expectations.

We currently provide this type of support for U.S. Army, Navy and Marine Corps customers primarily in the communication networks, IT, cyber, logistics and depot areas.

MAINTAIN

A key requirement for any project is the ability to finalize equipment product support packages, maintenance plans, and deploy initial sustainment capabilities. Once the product has been demonstrated, the focus is to fully field and implement sustainment capabilities. Measuring the effectiveness of the product sustainment package (including the associated supply chain) imperative. One of the most vital abilities for the long-term success and effectiveness of a system is the ability to field equipment and later upgrade and sustain it through years of tough military service, however this is also one of the areas last considered and discussed.

Nexagen Networks, Inc. is adept in providing the technical and support knowledge required to ensure systems are properly fielded as well as assist in the back-side support and sustainability that is crucial in any system’s Life-Cycle Sustainment. Our professionals are proficient at researching trends and continually expand their knowledge of various systems to reinforce our position as the experts in equipment fielding and upgrades.

Our company is currently performing Equipment Specialist functions in support of the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Marine Air/Ground Task Force Command, Control, and Communications (MC3) Program Management Group. Our Equipment Specialist team provides efficient and effective logistics support by developing, reviewing and editing documents related to maintenance, fielding, and sustainment. Nexagen utilizes our extensive experience and technical acumen to assist in provisioning new and modified systems and provide recommendations for the system Statement of Work (SOW) in order to procure appropriate Logistics Management (LMI). Our team conducts initial cataloging and continued maintenance of established management data, including the review and validation of LMI and Engineering Data for provisioning (EDFP) from the OEM; loading and reviewing data in MICAPS in preparation for cataloging; and preparation of Joint Logistics Command (JLC) documents 17, 27 and 28.

Nexagen also provides support to fielding activities, such as CONUS and OCONUS travel; participation on fielding teams; verification and documentation of shipment receipt; and organization, oversight and documentation Limited Technical Inspections (LTI). We review, develop and maintain technical documentation, which include preparing the SOW for IROAN of Principal End Items (PEIs) and Secondary Repairables (SDRs); monitor technical publication websites for obsolete and missing publications; and develop and edit Instructional Type publications. Our specialists monitor the readiness of MC3 weapon systems research and analyze causes of readiness problems, document trends and make recommendations to improve readiness rates. Additionally, we assist in systems disposals, while also analyzing for possible reutilization of parts to support the same or other Marine Corps systems and development and review of all required cataloging actions. We analyze and provide recommendations to resolve technical and logistical problems received from Operational Forces, DLA catalogers, LOGCOM item managers and other sources.

SSES NexGen Ground Airborne ISR Software Support delivers PPSS support with quarterly IAVA baseline releases, annual baseline maintenance releases while maintaining Configuration Management (CM) and updating for all related software documentation, and provides IA support of security testing to maintain C&A. Nexagen maintains the test bed, supports field site problem reporting and resolution, and creates procedures for providing continuity for maintaining operations.
