Women in Defense
Women In Defense, a National Defense Industrial Association Affiliate, engages, cultivates and advances women in all aspects of national security. Incorporated in 1985, Women In Defense provides members a business environment for professional growth through strategic networking, education, and career development. This national alliance is comprised of women and men from industry and defense organizations of every size; all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces; Government agencies, academia, think tanks, associations, and professional services.
Women in Engineering
IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) is a global network of IEEE members and volunteers dedicated to promoting women engineers and scientists, and inspiring girls around the world to follow their academic interests in a career in engineering and science. IEEE is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. Their goal is to facilitate the recruitment and retention of women in technical disciplines globally. We envision a vibrant community of IEEE women and men collectively using their diverse talents to innovate for the benefit of humanity.
Association of Old Crows
The Association of Old Crows is an organization for individuals who have common interests in Electronic Warfare (EW), Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations (EMSO), Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other information related capabilities. The Association of Old Crows provides a means of connecting members and organizations nationally and internationally across government, defense, industry, and academia to promote the exchange of ideas and information, and provides a platform to recognize advances and contributions in these fields.
AFCEA
​AFCEA provides a forum for military, government and industry communities to collaborate so that technology and strategy align with the needs of those who serve.
AFCEA is a member-based, non-profit international organization that has helped members advance information technology, communications and electronics capabilities since 1946. The association has 32,172 individual members, 140 chapters and 1,689 corporate members.
Fisher House
Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military & veterans families can stay free of charge, while a loved one is in the hospital. These homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world. Fisher Houses have up to 21 suites, with private bedrooms and baths. Families share a common kitchen, laundry facilities, a warm dining room, and an inviting living room. Since inception, the program has saved military and veterans’ families an estimated $451 million in out of pocket costs for lodging and transportation.
Wounded Warrior Project
The Wounded Warrior Project prides itself on helping our mentally or physically injured soldiers heal and have a brighter future. Through special programs and donations they strive to achieve this goal. Nexagen has been supporting this project since 2012 and will continue to support our injured troops in the future.
